Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All Reachy Mini orders are shipped worldwide from our manufacturing partner's facility in Shenzhen, China, via DHL or FedEx. Pollen Robotics handles all customs clearance on your behalf (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping costs, import duties, and applicable VAT are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.


2. Lead Times

Orders are fulfilled in production batches. Current lead times from order date:

Reachy Mini Wireless Up to 90 days

These lead times include production time. Once your unit is ready and shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days to reach you. You will receive a tracking email automatically once your unit leaves our facility, from that point, standard carrier transit times apply.

If you have not received a tracking notification within the stated lead time, please contact us at sales@pollen-robotics.comwith your order number.


3 - Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged as a flat rate per unit:

Reachy Mini Lite ~$40 / unit
Reachy Mini Wireless ~$40 / unit
Bulk / B2B orders (multiple units) Calculated at checkout or quoted separately


For large B2B orders, shipping costs will be quoted individually based on destination, volume, and packaging requirements. Please contact sales@pollen-robotics.com for a shipping quote on orders of 30 units or more.


4. Delivery Regions and Duties

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), Pollen Robotics manages customs clearance so your package is not held at customs upon arrival. Import duties, tariffs, and VAT applicable to your destination country are calculated at checkout and charged upfront.

No additional charges will be applied at the door upon delivery.

Please note that import duties paid at checkout are non-refundable as they are remitted directly to the relevant customs authority.

For reference, Reachy Mini is classified under the following customs codes:

  • EU: HS Code 9023.00.8000
  • US: HTS Code 9023.00.0000

5. Carriers

We currently ship via DHL. The carrier and tracking details will be confirmed in your shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched.

For any issues with your delivery (wrong address, missed delivery, damaged package), please contact DHL directly using your tracking number, and copy us at sales@pollen-robotics.com so we can assist if needed.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery
  2. Take photos of the packaging and the unit
  3. Contact us at sales@pollen-robotics.com within 15 days of delivery

Pollen Robotics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


7. Upcoming Changes

We are currently in the process of selecting a third-party logistics (3PL) partner to improve our fulfillment capabilities, reduce shipping times, and enhance customer support for delivery issues. This will allow us to offer faster local shipping from warehouses in Europe and the United States. We will update this policy and notify customers when this transition is in place.
